Tollywood is going through severe stress and an unknown fear factor as producers are willing to get their movies ready for release with in December 2010 at any cost. Yes, it is all the effect of srikrishna Report and the Telangana issue.

Although November and December have a flurry of releases, the situation that is to prevail in Tollywood after December 30, 2010 is unpredictable. In any case, if the Report comes against to the wishes of Telangana, entire Film industry will have to suffer an irrecoverable loss as Tollywood is one major sector T-forces are to target upon and so the new fear started to grip.

With Pongal releases like Parama Veera Chakra, Nenu Naa Rakshasi, Mirapakai, Mr. Perfect queued up, veteran film maker Tammareddy Bharadwaj feels like it is tough to escape the Telangana wave this time. ‘Time by which the Telangana issue will be resolved will decide the amount of pain Tollywood will have to go through, if Srirkishna comes against the wish of Telangana people. Surely, the situations in Telangana will not be the same and we shall be prepared for the worst,’ feels Tammareddy. Be optimistic and let us wish that everything settles down peacefully.

Appearing on silver screen is not new to director Sreenu Vytla. He did before in V N Aditya directed Rain Bow. But acting under veteran director Dasari’s direction is different ballgame altogether. When Dasari asked him to do a small role of a film director in his 150th movie, Parama Veera Chakra, Srinu Vytla immediately said yes. For rarely does one get chance to act with this veteran director. He shot for the film for two days and finished his part. In the film, Balakrishna plays dual role and one character he portrays is that of a film star. So Srinu Vytla acted directing Balakrishna, the star in the film.

Balakrishna’s ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ was launched on his 50th birthday. This is the 150th film of Dasari Narayana Rao and the first film in their combination. C Kalyan, who is producing the flick under Teja Cinema banner, informed that the film is currently being filmed at Ramoji Film City. The action scenes are being canned from 18th onwards. In another couple of days Ram-Lakshman will choreograph the action scene involving Balakrishna, Ameesha Patel, villain Amjad Khan and 40 other fighters. This schedule will continue till September 25th.

‘Villain’ fame Neha Dhupia, who acted with Dr Rajasekhar, is likely to join Sheela and Ameesha Patel after 8 long years for NBK’s film. Yes, NBK’s ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ will also have 3 heroines. While Sheela managed to grab this opportunity with her skin show in ‘Adhurs’, Neha and Ameesha who actually facing the declined career graph (in Tollywood as well as Bollywood) are lucky too. Let’s hope that this film will bring them a successful career in Tollywood.

Balakrishna's Simha Succes made him a busy star.Presently his upcoming movie ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ under Dasari Narayana Rao’s direction.Now his yet another film is also going to be launched soon. Yes! NBK has joined hands with ML Kumar Chowdary of Sri Keerthi Creations for this untitled film. To be directed by Parachuri Murali (Andhrudu and Pedababu fame) the film will be launched on August 27th and the regular shooting will begin from September. Kalyani Malik has been chosen for composing music and Vijay C Kumar for cinematography. Buzz is that Amisha Patel, who starred in films like ‘Bhadri’, ‘Naani’ and ‘Narasimhudu’ might pair with Balakrishna.

Balakrishna’s ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ movie directed by Dasari Narayana Rao, has been launched on his 50th birthday today at Kotla Vijay Bhaskar Reddy Stadium in Hyderabad. C Kalyan is producing this film under Teja cinema banner, while Valluripalli Ramesh is presenting the film. Telugu Desam Party Chief N Chandra Babu Naidu has given the clap, while Dasari Padma, wife of Dasari Narayana Rao, switched on the camera.

Director Dasari Narayana Rao said, “It’s great to see Balakrishna dancing at this age. I’ll not talk much about this film, but I want the film to do the talking”.

Nandamuri Balakrishna said, “This is not looking like ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ movie launch, but I feel like ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ jubilee function. Director Dasari Narayana Rao has been one of Telugu film industry’s top people and we were planning to do this film since quite some time. He did blockbuster films with my father (Sr. NTR) like ‘Manushulantha Okkatey’, ‘Sardaar Paaparayudu’, ‘Bobbili Puli’, etc. and I’m happy to do Parama Veera Chakra on my 50th Birthday and as Dasari Narayana Ra’s 150th film”.

Balakrishna cut the birthday cake amidst fans. Celebrities like Daggubati Venkateshwara Rao, Jr. NTR, Kalayan Ram, Tarak Ratna, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Murali Mohan, Kodanda Rama Reddy, Pokuri Babu Rao, Valluripalli Ramesh, Venu Madhav, all ascended the Parama Veera Chakra’ movie launch.
