Stylish star Allu Arjun celebrates his 27th birthday today (April 8, 2010). And he is enjoying this birthday specially as he is happy with the collections of his latest film, Varudu, collected in the first week.The film recieved mixed response in the initial stages like his previous hits Desamuduru, Parugu and Arya 2 but the collections have another story to say. The movie garnered a mind-numbing Rs 18.5 crore opening week collections, one of the top five in Telugu cinema. Parugu had a bigger opening that Desamuduru, while Arya 2 had a better opening than Parugu. Surprisingly, Varudu’s openings is higher than Arya 2 a testament to Arjun’s growing strength at the boxoffice.
