Nara Rohit made his debut in films through a critically acclaimed film ‘Banam’. After winning many accolades for his performance in ‘Banam’, Nara Rohit gave quite a long gap for launching his 2nd film. Yes! The hero is now getting ready with yet another interesting subject to be directed by Parasuram, whose first film was the youthful entertainer ‘Yuvatha’ followed by Ravi Teja’s ‘Anjaneyulu’. An industrialist in Visakhapatnam, Vamsikrishna Srinivas is going to establish a banner "SVK Cinema" and produce this film.

Informing this to the media Vamsikrishna Srinivas said, “I’m stepping into the film industry as a producer of a good film. I’m very happy to produce a film in the combination of Parasuram and Nara Rohit. The story narrated by Parasuram has immensely impressed me. This movie would be a milestone in the careers of Parasuram, Rohit and me as well. We are planning to shoot this film without compromising the quality. The movie will cover all commercial elements attracting the people from all walks of life. One of the notable heroines will be cast as leading lady in this film. A prominent hero will play yet another important role. Regular shooting will start from January.”

The present Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh State Assembly, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy, has been chosen as the next Chief Minister. Kiran Kumar will be sworn in as the new C.M. tomorrow morning. He is expected to resign to his Speaker post soon.

The four-time M.L.A, was one amongst the prime candidates considered for the top chair, ever since K.Rosaiah announced his resignation today. It is heard that Kiran Kumar had met Sonia Gandhi four to five times earlier this year, giving her updates of the happenings in the state. This is said to have made an impression on the AICC President.

Kiran Kumar Reddy was once close to former Chief Ministers Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy and Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy. However, after winning the elections in 2004 he got close to Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy. This one time Ranji Cricket Player was supposed to get a minister position after becoming an M.L.A for the fourth time in 2009. However, he had to be content with Speaker’s position.

It seems his straightforward attitude, coming from Rayalaseema region (the same region where Y.S.Jagan comes from), foreign education and being young have all worked in his favor.

It is expected that Geetha Reddy will be made the Deputy C.M. and Botsa Satyanarayana will be elected as the Pradesh Congress Committee Chief.

Congress Senior Leaders Show Their Class!

The State Congress Legislative Party met late in the evening today after Rosaiah’s resignation. Senior leaders of the AICC, Pranab Mukherjee, Ahmed Patel, Ghulam Nabi Azad, and Veerappa Moily oversaw the proceedings of the meeting. While big ruckus was expected from the supporters of Y.S.Jaganamohan Reddy, nothing big happened at the meeting. All M.L.A.’s pledged their support to Party President Sonia Gandhi, saying that they will support anyone she selects.

Things have moved quite fast since then for Kiran Kumar Reddy. After updating the proceedings of the meeting to Sonia, Pranab had called Kiran Kumar to come visit him. While the decision was expected later tomorrow, the four senior leaders worked out things at express pace, ensuring that there was no delay.

With this decision, Sonia Gandhi has given a new twist to Jaganmohan Reddy who wanted to become the C.M. Sonia seems to have given a fitting reply to the scathing attacks he launched recently against her. Kiran Kumar Reddy is the beneficiary and Jagan is the loser, as of now.

The shooting of Saloni starring ‘Telugammayi’is still going on in Ramoji Film City and the next schedule would be in the surroundings of Palakollu. The train song ‘Pairagaali vachi nannu paata paada mandi….’ is presently being shot at Ramoji Film City. This apart there is yet another special song combined with 3 different accents of Telugu language (Telangana, Coasta and Uttar Andhra) written by Ananth Sriram. Vandemataram Srinivas is the music composer.

Raja Vannem Reddy is directing this film with Saloni in title role and Vikram, Yashwanth, Harsha and Saichand in male lead roles. Vasu handles the camera. Vaanapalli Baburao is the producer.

Amrita Rao is back. She made debut in Telugu opposite Mahesh Babu in Athithi in 2007. Although the film was not a big hit, she made an impression with Telugu audiences. After a gap of three years, this svelte beauty is making comeback opposite Siddharth in a new film to be directed by debutant Venu Sriram and produced by Dil Raju. Earlier, Trisha was considered for this role but finally Amrita is penciled in. Regular shoot of the movie commences shortly.

Venkatesh’s latest movie Nagavalli promotional slogan ‘She is back’ is really back in its release.Unfortunately, that has now changed to ‘She has stepped back,’ pun intended! Yes, Nagavalli movie release has been postponed from Dec 16th due to late progress of post production work.

Nagavalli movie has lot of CGI work involved and that is taking more time than expected is what reports say. Therefore, the release of this film is pushed back to the last week of December as of now. Hence, Nagavalli would release with at least a four week gap after Ram Charan’s Orange.

Orange movie starring Ram Charan and Genelia in the lead roles is releasing on this Friday and the buzz before release is hitting an all time high. Orange advance bookings are setting cash counters on fire with almost every screen is being booked full for at least three days.

Meanwhile, Orange censor report has been making rounds among the film circles. As expected the film is classy in its appeal, say reports. First half of the film is extremely good with loads of entertainment complimented with beautiful songs.

However, Orange has reportedly slowed down in the latter half when compared to the first half as per the reports. Brahmanandam’s comedy as Puppy came in handy at that time, say reports. Each and every song is a treat to watch and that would be the USP of this film it seems.

Orange movie appeals to the youth and urbane crowds, claim reports. Doubts over the reception from masses are raising many an eyebrow. As Orange is carrying lot of expectations as it is the immediate film of Ram Charan after Magadheera, it has to satisfy the audience immensely to get that positive mouth talk.

Preview reports give us an idea that Orange movie is average to above average in range. We have to wait and see what would be the audience judgment for this film.

Sumanth-Priyamani-Vimala Raman film that is currently taking shape in the hands of director VN Aditya. This film was initially directed by Viji Sipivista but unfortunately he was dropped off due to some differences of opinion between him and the makers.

Now regarding the title of the film, it was earlier considered as ‘Rim Zim’ and now the reports claim that the makers have selected the title ‘Raaj’. Since it’s yet to be confirmed by the producers Kumar Brothers, let’s wait for their official announcement. The film is expected to release some time in December end or Sankranti. The shooting of the film is almost done. A remix song ‘Bheemavaram bulloda paalu kaavala…’ was shot on Sumanth, Vimala and Priyamani recently.

Mahesh Babu is all set to romance Sameera reddy and actress Anushka in the movie ‘VETA’. The actresses are said to be confirmed for the film and it is an official word from director Linguswamy. The director has also disclosed that, the script demands a third heroine as well and will be suspense for the audiences.

Linguswamy’s VETA will be on floors from early next year and the director is said to release the movie by the summer 2011. Prince Mahesh Babu has also hinted that, he will be seen regularly on screen in coming years and will not maintain a huge gap, which backfired at him, by his ‘Khaleja’.

“Khaleja” was a super flop and it disappointed Mahesh fans in a very abrupt way. Now, for this coming sankranthi, Mahesh will be seen in ‘Dhookudu’ of director Srinu Vaitla and then will be..

Ram Charan teja starring and Bomarillu Bhasker directing movie Orange is all set to release on November 26th.The movie features three actresses in it as female lead. Genelia D’ Souza, Shazahn Padmasee and Sanchita Shetty will be seen as female lead in the film.

Gopichand is going to do a movie under Bhavya Creations banner. The title of this film has been fixed as ‘Wanted’. With Deeksha Seth as heroine opposite Gopichand, producer Vennigalla Anand Prasad is introducing BVS Ravi as director.

After ‘Souryam’, this is Gopichand’s 2nd film with Bhavya Creations. According to the producer, this is an action entertainer in Gopichand’s style. He says, “Wanted is the aptly suitable title because the heroine wanted the villain and the villain wanted hero. The film’s shoot has almost been completed except for 3 songs.” These 3 songs will be picturised in Italy and Dubai from November 23rd onwards.

Director BVS Ravi claims that this is an action film blend with love and family elements. “This is the first time Gopichand will be seen in a character that would attract the mass as well as the youth. Jayasudha and Chandra Mohan are playing his parents in this film. Rasool Yellora’s cinematography is the main attraction,” said the director.

The logo of Vishnu’s ‘Vastadu Naa Raju’ is expected to release on November 24th. The film is taking shape under the direction of Hemanth Madhukar with Tapsee as heroine opposite Vishnu. Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Shayaji Shinde are other prominent stars. The film is right now progressing in Hyderabad which is said to be the final schedule. Vishnu’s wife Veronica is producing it under 24 Frames Factory Pvt Ltd., and Mohan Babu is the presenter. Musical scores are rendered by Mani Sharma and S Gopal Reddy is handling the camera.

A new film titled 'Wall Poster’ producing by Venkat Reddy introducing Vijay as director. Manmohan and Madhu Sharma are playing the lead pair. The logo as well as the wall posters of this ‘Wall Poster’ was released recently. Music will be released shortly. On the occasion the director while speaking, “Cinema industry appears very colourful to the people in general. NTR and director Surender Reddy are teaming up second time. Their new film, being produced by Chatrapati Prasad, was launched on Wednesday morning (Nov 17, 2010) in Hyderabad. V V Vinayak, S S Rajamouli and NTR attended the pooja ceremony held at producer's office.

"I have been planning to make a grand film with NTR for long time and the dream has come true now. I am happy that Surender Reddy came to me with this script to make film with NTR. We will begin regular shoot in December," BVSN Prasad said.

"Tamannah has been selected as main heroine.'

3 Rascals is the title chosen for the remake of 3 Idiots in Telugu. Director Shankar confirmed this to a newspaper in Chennai. Mahesh Babu will play the principle lead actor played by Aamir Khan in the original. In the Tamil version, Vijay will be doing it.

In both the Telugu and Tamil versions, the other two important roles will be played by Sriram (originally done by Sharman Joshi) and Tamil hero Jeeva (originally played by Madhavan). Ileana is the heroine for both the versions. Satya Raj is playing college professor.

Haaris Jayaraj is handling the music while Manoj Paramhamsa (of Ye Maaya Chesave fame) is the director of photography. Gemini Film Circuits is producing it. Regular shoot commences in Chennai from December 1st week.Source:Telugucinema
