Ravi Teja’s ‘Don Seenu’, directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by RR Movie Makers is going to successfully complete 100 days run on November 13th. On this occasion the film presenter K Atchi Reddy said, “After ‘Kick’, this is the 2nd successful film with Ravi Teja. I thank the audience for making ‘Don Seenu’ also a grand super hit film.”

Co-producer V Suresh Reddy said, “Don Seenu impressed the people from all walks of life and completed 100 days run in all major centers. This is yet another grand success for our banner.”

Ravi Teja, Richa Gangopadhyay and Deeksha starrer ‘Mirapakaya’ is taking a brisk shape. The movie is being directed by S Harish Shankar and produced by Ramesh Puppala under Yellow Flowers banner.

Producer Ramesh Puppala said, “The 12 day schedule of climax scenes will begin in Bangkok from October 19th onwards in which all the main cast will participate. This will be followed by 3 songs with which the entire shooting will come to an end.”

Ravi Teja’s latest movie Veera was officially launched with pooja ceremony on 10 October at 9:09 am. This film is directed by Ramesh varma and produced by Ganesh Indukuri on Sanvi Productions pvt ltd banner. Kajal Agarwal and Tapsee are playing female leads. S Thaman composes music and Chota K Naidu handles cinematography. This film will go to floors in the month of November.

Director Gunashekar is set to make another film. He will be directing Ravi Teja this time. Interestingly, this new film is titled Katti. Yuvan Shankar Raja would be composing the music. “Music sittings would begin on Vijaya Dasami. I am happy to work with Yuvan, who is one of the brightest music directors today,” Gunashekar said. Tollywood beauty Kajal is all set to be paired up with Ravi Teja for the first time. She is replacing Anushka in Ravi Teja's Veera. As the movie got delayed, Anushka, who first signed the movie, walked out of it, citing date problems. So, Kajal has been roped in to play the female lead. Ravi Teja will romance with two more damsels in this flick and Tapsee and Manjari are brought in for those roles.

Vamsi might be directing Ravi Teja again. Although Ravi Teja agreed for Vamsi’s proposal of doing sequel to Ladies Tailor last year itself, the movie didn’t take off.

Ravi Teja recently called up Vamsi and asked the senior director to work on the sequel. Released in 1985, Ladies Tailor is sort of trendsetter in comedy movies and the film strengthened Vamsi’s status as new wave director in 80’s. He has been planning to make a sequel to this blockbuster with a title Fashion Designer for over two years but hurdles keep coming for it to really take off. Finally Ravi Teja seems to have okayed the movie.

But it can only go to the sets next year as Ravi Teja is currently tied up with two films - Mirapakaya that is under progress and Veera that goes to the sets in November.

Thillalangadi, the Tamil version of the Telugu film Kick, starring Tamannaah and Jayam Ravi in the lead, has found a fan in Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala.

Sajid, who’s produced films like Judwaa, Kambakkht Ishq, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi with Salman Khan, is all set to cast him in the Hindi remake of Thillalangadi. Sources close to the producer say that Sajid saw both the Tamil and Telugu version and liked the script. He has decided to cast Salman in the lead and news is that Sonakshi Sinha, who’s playing the lead in Salman’s yet-to-release Dabangg, will be his co-star in the Hindi version of Kick.

There were reports that A R Murugadoss was supposed to direct the Hindi version of the film, but when contacted, he said, “No. I’m not doing the film.”

Well, looks like Kick is all set to make a mark in Bollywood now...
