Kommaram Puli Released as a much hype movie and started its journey with negative talk.Singanamala Ramesh said that the film got Rs 15.8 Crores in the first week. In a press note issued to the media, he gave the following collections..

'Komaram Puli’ release date finally came to an end. Now the fans can mark September 1st, 2010 in their dairies. Producer Singanamala Ramesh is making all efforts to release the film as Pawan’s birthday (September 2nd) gift to his fans. Right now Rahman is working on background music which is most likely to complete by 20th. Directed by SJ Suryah, Pawan Kalyan is all set to woo his fans with a gorgeous lady (Nikisha Patel) next to him in ‘Komaram Puli’.

‘Komaram Puli’ is coming up in the combination of Pawan Kalyan-SJ Suryah that earlier gave a super hit film ‘Kushi’. This movie is produced by Singanamala Ramesh under Kanakaratna Movies banner with music by double Oscar award winner AR Rahman. The grand audio launch of ‘Komaram Puli’ took place amidst many top film personalities and Mega Power Star fans. The audio CDs were sold like hot cakes as soon as it hit the market. So far 3 lakh CDs were sold and broke all audio sales records.

Interesting point to be noted is the audio sales broke the records even in Tamil Nadu, the reason being the crazy combination of Pawan Kalyan and AR Rahman.
